Civil Construction Management 

Steve Leggett co-founded and was the President of the Milestone Company of Jacksonville, Inc. This civil construction company grew to over 300 employees, building roads and utilities for private, city, state and federal entities. This vast experience puts Signature Land in a solid position to manage civil design, engineering, permitting and construction of infrastructure improvements needed on our projects.
