As a comprehensive land use and development company we offer a spectrum of expertise and services that enhance value to our customers. Our primary business focus is acquiring and developing raw land, providing commercial and residential developers a purchased tract that is ready for vertical expansion. We aggregate parcels, entitle and ensure property is zoned and permitted with initial civil work complete, to help expedite the preconstruction process for purchaser. As owner and President, Steve Leggett is committed to providing the quality and excellence instilled in him by his father, Max Leggett a former Jacksonville City Councilman. Steve brings over 25 years of construction and development experience and expertise to every project.. In addition to graduating from the University of Florida, with a degree in Building Construction, he owned and operated a custom home building business and then a sizable civil construction company.
